Behavioral Conduct During Business Transactions

​We are here as a service to help people.  Therefore, we will do what we can to provide the best service possible for any given situation.  However, if anyone behaves rudely, disrespectfully or offensively, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves in this manner at any point of a business transaction.​

Online Comments

We would love to hear from you.  We do ask that you are respectful in your comments that are placed on the site.  No foul language or personal nonrelative information.  The site is designed to be a building block and an encourager, not an opportunity to be a wrecking ball.  We have the right to discard any such verbiage and block what we feel is inappropriate from this website.  At our discretion, we can eliminate your account.  Thank you for your cooperation in advance. 

Online Booking 

When booking your consultation online, please be considerate of the process and others. If, for any reason, you have to cancel your appointment, let us know at least 24 hours in advance by email. Use the contact page on this website to ensure that we receive it. The email needs to contain this information:

  • Your Full Name

  • Time and Date of your appointment

  • Whether you want a refund or to reschedule

The time stamp of the email that you send us is what will be used to calculate the beginning of the 24-hour period.  If it is within the 24-hour period, a refund will be issued to you or you can reschedule.  If it is less than 24-hours, no refund will be granted.

If you see an appointment that will fit your schedule, make sure that it is at least  24-hours before that scheduled time. We are a small business and service many locations. We want to ensure that we can serve you in a timely manner.  

If you would like a refund, one will be provided.  You will receive a notification via email. It will take anywhere from 5-10 business days depending on the system and your banking entity for the refund to post to your account.

Payment Plans

We are glad to offer payment plans for your convenience as we do not accept insurance. Nor do we charge interest on payment plans.  A down payment, which is equivalent to one payment, is needed before the remedies are made and shipped to you.  From the date of your payment, we have 2-3 business days to make your remedies. Then they will be shipped.

For example:  Your total cost is $550.  This falls into the range of $401-$600.99, which is 3 payments.  The amount of the down payment is $183.33.  The other two payments will be spread out over the next two months. 

Plans are for total transactions, excluding taxes and shipping.  Amounts that are greater than $201, can be broken down into payments accordingly.

For payment plans, your credit or debit card must be valid for the months in which the payment plan will cover.  Payments will be drafted automatically through the square system.  We Do Not do payment plans for payments made via Zelle, Apple Pay or Cash.​ If you would like to use these forms, the total balance must be paid before remedies are administered.  

Herbal Interactions with Medications

 

 

If you are taking medications, whether over the counter or a pharmaceutical drug, and you are concerned about possible interactions of specific herbs with the medications, it is your responsibility to consult with your pharmacist or your healthcare physician concerning this matter. Ask your pharmacist or doctor for a list of herbs that could potentially interact with your medication of concern.  This information should be given at the time of your assessment so that the information can be given to the herbalist before the remedies are made.  This will help to ensure that those specific herbs are not used.  

If this list is not provided, and you ask your pharmacist or physician after the remedies have been made and sent to you, you can request another remedy to replace the one that contains the undesired herb(s).  The replacement remedy will be at the same cost as the original remedy.

For example:  If you paid $50 for the first remedy, then the replacement remedy will be the same price, $50.   Additional shipping costs will also apply. 

Since this is considered a new order, it will fall under the same 2-3 day order rule for making remedies.  

 

 

Shipping/Returns

Depending on the herbal product requested will dictate when the product can be shipped.  We do not do mass production.  Our balms and butters are made in small batches to ensure that the product is as fresh and potent as possible when you receive it.

 

Most products can be shipped within 3 - 5 business days.  Business days are considered Monday through Friday, with the exception of Holy Days and holidays (will be posted on the website).  If we are unable to ship your order within this timeframe due to unforeseen reasons, we will contact you to update when your order should ship. 

 

If you find that your order is received damaged, please take a photo of it and send it to email address Leradobi7@gmail.com along with a simple description of the damage.  The claim must be received no more than 2 weeks from the date that the package was shipped.

Guarantees

 

We do believe that you will be pleased with your purchase when it arrives.   Your satisfaction is of upmost importance to us.  

Refunds are not given for remedies or products.  We will work with you to find a suitable exchange.

Since Jewelry items are originals, they cannot be replaced.  Simply send the jewelry item back and a refund will be granted for the price and taxes of the item only.  Sorry, no shipping is refunded.

Insurance

We do not accept insurance.  We do offer payment plans. Review the plans below ask about a pathway that you are interested in when you come to the consultation, discus with your Health Counselor the best package or plan to suite your needs. 

Remedy Amounts

The amount of remedy you will receive is based on weight; a 30 day supply.​​
